A Vision for Coney Street
It was great to attend the York Property Forum recently, hosted by the West & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce to discuss the regeneration of probably York’s most brownfield site.
Vincent & Brown were alongside property investment and development specialist The Helmsley Group to present their exciting vision for Coney Street in the heart of the city centre.
The event started with a tour, taking in the existing retail units along Coney Street, as well as the underutilised and largely forgotten external spaces overlooking the River Ouse. Ambitious plans will link the river with the busy retail street, and completely revitalise the area.
Vincent & Brown are appointed as Architects and Lead Design consultants, working with Aspect4, ONA and Montagu Evans.
The design is currently at the pre-app stage with a full planning application expected later this year.
