Beechwood Close Hotel Planning Application Submitted
We are delighted to have submitted a planning application for the conversion of Beechwood Close Hotel, originally Rose Villa, in the Clifton Conservation Area, Shipton Road, York.
Unsympathetic extensions are to be removed from this local landmark, better revealing the property’s original character. The proposals include the restoration of this Victorian property back into a family home, including in-depth repair and renovation works and replacement extensions.
