Beverley House Project Making Good Progress On Site

The scheme has really started to take shape, with the masonry envelope and roofing works complete for two of the new buildings and progressing well on the final block. The constructed building forms have now enclosed the central private courtyard and give a real sense of the finished external space.

Elsewhere, the new roof has been completed on the existing Beverley House building and windows are currently being installed to make the building watertight. Internal fit out works are progressing, with several of the apartments ready for final decoration.

Once complete, the new 'Beverley Court' development will offer 21 unique, luxury apartments in a stunning location, only one mile from the centre of York and overlooking Homestead Park.

We are looking forward to seeing this project really come to life in the coming months with completion due by the end of the year.
