Deighton Hall Plans Approved
Planning Officers have approved plans for the refurbishment of Deighton Hall and conversation of existing agricultural buildings into new dwellings.
Grade II Listed Deighton Hall will be fully restored and refurbished into a 4 bed family home and the associated agricultural buildings will create three 4-bed properties. One of the conversions will also include a 1-bed annex.
Vincent & Partners worked with planners to gain full planning and listed building consent to save this farmstead from disrepair.
Our clients quickly sold the site to another V&P client, Orchard Construction, who have instructed us to work on Stage 4 plans ready for construction in 2024. Watch this space for updates.
