The Vincent & Brown team are proud to announce that The Quadrant project has won not one, but two awards at this years Whathouse? Awards
The Quadrant is a mixed use development with ground level offices and high quality residential above, comprising 8 luxury apartments and a stunning townhouse. The team were particularly proud of the urban design which is fairly unique to York but in addition they were able to give each dwelling unparalleled views of the iconic York Minster. We believed the project was certainly worthy of an accolade and so entered the design into four categories. We couldn't be happier that the judges agreed and the design won awards in two of those categories.
A bronze was awarded for one of the hottest categories of 'best development', and another for best exterior design, confirming our feeling that we had a strong design.
