Heworth Green Gas Works site receives Outline Planning approval
Our proposals for the redevelopment of the former gas works site to the east of York has just received Outline Approval from the City of York council.
The scheme will deliver up to 625 homes on the site which received Outline Approval in March 2020. The project represents a significant opportunity to remediate and redevelop this contaminated site to create a high-quality, attractive residential community with large-scale public amenity space at its heart.
We look forward to taking the project further into the Reserved Matters stage.
