Lumby Hill Approved - Work Started
Vincent & Brown are pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for the Lumby Hill Project and works have commenced on site.
Planners approved our proposals for 5 new four & five bed executive homes in desirable Monks Fryston, located equidistant between Leeds & York.
Orchard Homes moved on site earlier this month to demolish the existing bungalow and outbuildings in order to put an access road in. The team move quickly and have now moved onto the groundworks installing drainage and foundations. The site is a former quarry meaning they only have 500mm top soil before bedrock, photographed below.
V&B Associate, Paul Reeve, will monitor the build at various stages and is always on hand to offer advice to Orchard Homes.
