Planning Approval for 11 The Crescent
Following detailed discussions with planning and conservation officers, Vincent & Brown are delighted to announce that we have achieved planning consent at 11 The Crescent.
The proposals, submitted by Nineteen47 and Vincent & Brown, will provide 9 new apartments in a desirable area within walking distance of York City Centre and York Railway Station. The team worked closely with neighbours and local planning officers to develop a scheme that responds to its sensitive heritage location and provides a mix of new homes.
The new apartments will replace a mid-twentieth century building that has been vacant for a number of years, making the most of this well-connected, sustainable location.
