Planning proposals for Summer House Mews, approved.
Vincent & Brown are pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted to add single storey extensions to the side & front of Summer House Mews in York.
Summer House Mews was originally designed in 2005 by V&B team members when under different branding. Our client approached us in 2020 to help them achieve more space in the form of two extensions. The desired meterage and tight proximity to the boundary meant that works were not allowable under permitted development so full planning consent was needed. The additions will provide an improved hallway and a new grand entrance with a glazed roof. The property will also gain a utility room, sun room and an extended dining area.
Work is now underway to create construction drawings with the client keen to commence works, watch this space.
