Vincent & Brown submitted an Outline application for a Single Dwelling in Sutton On The Forest, North Yorkshire in November 2020. We are pleased to report that the plans have been approved.
Our client came to us with an idea to utilise under used garden space on their own homes' plot. The generous sized garden allowed for a substantial new property with ample parking and turning space leaving plenty of outside space for both the existing property and the proposed property.
The local authority agreed that it was an appropriate use of space to create a new dwelling in this sought after location, and approved the outline plans.
