The proposed residential scheme will feature four distinctive houses characterised by contemporary design and aesthetics.
Collaborating closely with planning consultant nineteen47 Ltd. , and Beth Davies of 1 Voyage Ltd on heritage matters, the scheme successfully navigated through the approval process, securing delegated decision despite initial apprehensions from stakeholders regarding its impact on heritage and the broader landscape setting.
