Tadcaster Road Approved at Committee

We are pleased to announce that our residential scheme for 4 new-build detached properties at 102 Tadcaster Road was approved at York City Council Planning Committee last week.

The scheme proposes the construction of 4 new dwellings behind a substantial property fronting Tadcaster Road. Particular care has been taken to minimize the impact of the massing of the new proposals on neighboring properties.

The design solution for this challenging site draws on prevalent local forms and materials, carefully organised the dwellings on site to maximize the living space of each, whilst also providing generous private amenity space.

Solar panels and air source heat pumps have also been included in the design to help reduce the running costs and carbon footprint of the properties.

Vincent & Partners worked closely with ID Planning to secure the approval and we will now look forward to seeing the properties take shape on site!
