The Quadrant achieves practical completion
The first of three V&B designed projects on York's sought after Bootham, achieves practical completion and the outcome is impressive.
The Quadrant is a mixed use development with 8 luxury New York, loft style apartments and a townhouse which looked impressive on paper but the finished result pays tribute to the clever design work which maximises views of the Iconic York Minster from every single property.
Work began at the beginning of 2019 and despite the pandemic, completion has been achieved on time.
The agents, Your Move Anscombs, attributed the quick sales to the design of the development:
'I just wanted to say what a fabulous job your team had done in creating such a great looking and well laid out development, we are nearly sold out already after just a couple of weeks of marketing'.
