The Quadrant entered into the 2021 Whathouse Awards
Following last years award for the Fire Station, York, the Vincent & Brown team have entered The Quadrant into the 2021 competition.
The Quadrant is a mixed-use development with ground level offices and high-quality residential above, comprising 8 luxury apartments and a stunning townhouse, all with unparalleled views of the iconic York Minster.
The Awards Gala Presentation takes place in London on 19th November, with more than 1,700 people attending and winners being announced in a wide range of categories.
The development has been entered into four categories, Best Exterior Design, Best Mixed Use, Best Apartment Scheme and Best Development. The team think it's worthy of all four awards.
This year the Vincent & Brown team will be attending the presentation with high hopes of further success, watch this space for more news!
