Two Orchard Homes projects progress at pace
Orchard Homes are known for their slick operation producing high quality homes at an impressive pace and the two sites in progress at the moment, Lumby Hill & Kirk Lane are no exception.
Kirk Lane in Tockwith comprises two large detached houses which are rapidly nearing completion with decoration underway and hard landscaping in progress.
Lumby Hill boasts five 4 & 5 bed homes in Monk Fryston. The image shown, taken from plot 5, shows plots 2, 3 & 4 making rapid simultaneous progress. With only plot 1 starting later down the line.
Both projects are being overseen by Vincent & Brown's Paul Reeve, who has developed a good working relationship with Orchard Homes over the years, which looks set to continue with a new project in Carlton Miniott looking to start shortly after completion of Kirk Lane & Lumby Hill.
