Works Progressing Well On Site at St James Mount!

V&P are delighted to share some significant progress on our St James Mount project. The development includes converting the ground floor garage into habitable spaces, adding a first-floor extension over the garage, and installing a new roof and facias. These enhancements aim to create a modern ground floor frontage, transforming the property's aesthetic and functional appeal. The project is advancing smoothly, with completion anticipated in the coming months.

V&P were commissioned to achieve approval for both planning and building regulations.
