A new build residential development consisting of seven dwellings located in Huntington, York.
Vincent and Partners were appointed to take a fresh look at the previously approved scheme and successfully negotiated with officers to secure two additional dwellings within the site.
The site located on New Lane, Huntington was formally a farm stead, with a number of outbuildings and barns needing to be removed to facilitate the proposals.
The proposals have been designed to cover all aspects of the market, with a mix of units providing 3, 4 & 5 bedroom plots.
All units have been designed to facilitate modern family living, providing large open plan living areas and expanses of glazing giving views over the gardens whilst allowing plenty of light to enter the dwellings.
The development was completed in November 2020, Challenges on this site including the demolition of the existing ancillary buildings, requiring ecological consultants to assist with licensing for Bats & Great Crested Newts.
The Vincent & Partners team oversaw the project from RIBA stages 1 - 6 - successfully securing planning consent and coordinating all external consultants and contractors to deliver the final products for open market sales.
