St Anthonys Court is an exclusive development of spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bungalows to the rear of the site all with associated parking. Designed to meet the vernacular aspect of the local area the development is to utilise the space without creating an overbearing impact. To use the space efficiently consideration to the design of the apartment block was key to retaining access to the bungalows at the rear of the site without limiting development.

The Vincent & Partners team obtained full planning consent for the construction of the proposed units. Followed by producing construction information and managing the project to completion, due in early 2021.
