In 2020 our client, Daniel Gath Homes, came to us with a plot of land with stunning views of open country side. We worked with the planning department through a pre-app & full planning to reach an agreement on 4 new homes, comprising of one 3-bed detached family home and three 2-bed bungalows. As can be seen from the 2020 sketch scheme to the finished photo's in 2023, the scheme has stayed relatively as envisioned, thanks largely to positive engagement with planning officers & their consultants.

Once planning had been achieved, V&P worked on the building regulation drawings for the client to build out themselves. The four new houses are already homes, having sold off plan.
