Horse Banks, Husthwaite

In 2020 our client Daniel Gath Homes came to us with a plot of land with stunning views of open country side. They wanted to create a small development of 4 new homes plus one self build house to create one larger detached house intended for the client and their family.

Planning consent was achieved and the site now boasts three 2-bed bungalows, one 3-bed detached house and Horse Banks, an impressive 4-bed family home finished to a high standard with bespoke features and stunning interior design.
