Our client sought assistance achieving planning approval for a 4 bed, 3 bathroom detached family home in the heart of highly desirable and picturesque village of Alne. The plot was a section of a very long rear garden from a property on the north side of Main street, one of the last properties not to have had it's garden redeveloped. The proposals were supported by the local authority and planning consent was achieved.

The Vincent & Partners team then coordinated the construction package, tender process and all external consultants and contractors to deliver a stunning bespoke property with the quality workmanship of local craftsman evident throughout. With sympathetically chosen brick and stone cills combined with timber sash windows, and a bespoke oak porch crafted by local firm 'Oak by Design', the property presents beautifully.
