St Martin's Lane
The site originally housed a furniture warehouse building. The existing buildings were irreparably damaged by fire and Vincent & Partners were appointed to provide a new build residential scheme.
Due to the narrow nature of the lane outward looking fenestration had to be limited. This led to an inward looking courtyard development with one external outlook over the church grounds and access from St Martins Lane.
The scheme provided 23 units ranging from studios to 2 bedroom apartments.
