Tollerton Lane, Newton On Ouse
This scheme has developed an existing grass paddock situated to the rear of existing residential properties which front Tollerton Lane, Newton On Ouse, to create four new family homes.
Vincent & Partners, with the assistance of planning consultants Saddington Taylor, designed the scheme and achieved planning permission for 4 detached dwellings laid out in a traditional cul-de-sac arrangement. The development provides three 3-bed units and one 4-bed which are bespoke in design yet utilize common architectural characteristics that respect the rural village location.
Once planning permissions were secured, the team worked on technical drawings and provided site services throughout construction until completion in Winter 2023.
