We are a York based practice with extensive local knowledge and national experience.

We work to create solutions that minimise risk, maximise return and exceed expectations. Our approach has allowed us to develop strong working relationships with our clients and collaborators and we continue to enjoy repeat commissions.

Each project is considered on its own merits and we develop the brief in conjunction with our client. We present innovative design solutions with imagination and flair, underpinned by our technical capability to successfully deliver that vision on site.

We believe design is a powerful tool for good, both socially and environmentally. Since forming Vincent & Partners (formerly Vincent & Brown), Lee Vincent has embedded in the practice his philosophy that architecture should respect the past, embrace the present and build the future. An ethos fundamental to all our heritage projects, and echoed in our smaller scale designs too, including private residential schemes.
