Mark Stothard

Formally London-based where he first worked alongside Lee, Mark joined Vincent & Partners (formerly Vincent & Brown) as Technical Director in 2015. With an excellent knowledge of co-ordinating tender documentation and contract administration, he leads the delivery of projects on-site and is part of the management team at our York practice.

Mark has a wealth of on-site experience, particularly in residential, with strong industry contacts. He is adept at running projects at construction stage and ensures the correct deployment of staff to meet the specific requirements of each project. He is well versed in the Vincent & Partners design culture, specifications, production, contracts and project management standards.

Mark has been fundamental in the detail design and delivery at construction stage, of some of Vincent & Partners’ most prestigious work, including The Old Fire Station, The Quadrant and Chelsea Barracks Marketing Suite. His expertise in sustainable building practices, appropriate use of building materials and standards of workmanship have been intrinsic to enhancing design through technical innovation and processes.
